A good friend of mine, who was in the mortgage industry, kept telling me that I would be a success at this if I just gave it a go. He finally convinced me to get involved and the rest is history. I started in 1984 and have worked in every facet of the industry including both residential and commercial loans. As a result, I feel confident with any situation or client.

I consider myself a fixer, because I can see things that I’m surprised other loan agents don’t see. I keep working with a client, even when it seems hopeless. I stay at it until the loan is approved and funded.

When a client tells you that you have succeeded where others have failed, that’s a great feeling.

Obviously, I have to like working with people to have been in this business for 28 years and I can honestly say that I haven’t lost my sense of humor. I still think and feel like I’m 25. Playing golf and hitting the ski slopes will do that you know.

One thing I would love to do is follow the SF Giants when they’re on the road and watch them play in every opponent’s ballpark. Until then, however, I am here to make sure your loan gets approved. Just give me a call. I am happy to talk with you.
